Mars Metals P/L owns 100% of Global Lithium P/L which owns 100% of very large project areas with significant lithium mineralisation. Mars Metals is a partnership company 50% owned by Australian mining company Mars Mines Limited and 50% owned by local Nigerian mining company Agra Minerals Ltd (Agra) through its US incorporated nominee Fardak Group Inc.

Lithium minerals sampled on the tenements with spectacular grade results recently received. Samples with up to 5.34% Li2O present and samples averaging 4.61% Li2O over 8 metres and 3.72 % Li2O over about 40 metres width.
Pegmatites with significant assay results found in 5 areas so far.
